A Message from the Board of Directors

Dear Patrons and Friends,

Welcome home—home to The Old Barn Community Theatre!! That is the way we feel and we hope that you feel that way as well.

After a 2020 that won’t soon be forgotten, we welcome 2021 and a new season at this little theatre we call “home”. It has been our home since 1998 and thanks to the kindness of so many, we have weathered a “storm” and now reopen our home to you for our 23 rd season.

There are many we need to thank. Thank you, first and foremost, to you, our kind patrons. Thank you for coming and sharing this time with us. We know that evolving restrictions are confusing. We know that you have other places to use your money. Thank you for being here. We hope you feel at home.

Thank you to our landlords and neighbors, the Gorings and Hammons. They have been generous and kind throughout the confusion of the past.

Thank you to the generosity of organizations, government agencies and individuals who have assisted us in important ways. We want to specifically thank Shop in Utah and The Box Elder Chamber of Commerce. Please visit our donors list in this program for the names of individuals as well.

Thank you to cast, crew and volunteers for giving so much of your time, energy and talent to this wonderful place. We are so grateful for you.

Now sit back and leave the world outside and let us take you to a place where we can laugh, cry, clap and cheer together. Please visit us several times this season.

Regardless of circumstances or the show you will see, Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz” may have said it best—“There’s no place like home”. Welcome home to The Old Barn Community Theatre.

Sincerely, The Board of The Old Barn Community Theatre
